Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
Occuring naturally in the human body, HA works to support the body's collagen production and to help maintain elasticity and firmness. This natural molecule is specifically found in the hair, skin, eyes, nerves, and joints. As we age the body produces less HA. This formula includes a mix of both High and Low Molecular weight HA, allowing it stay on the surface while also penetrating into the deeper epidermal layers.
Jojoba
Very similar in chemical structure to natural human sebum. Assists in controlling sebum production and promotes collagen synthesis. The anti-inflammatory, oil controlling, and healing properties help keep acne under control.
Arrowroot
Produces brightening, mattifying, and skin-soothing effects. Especially useful in products designed for sensitive, acne-prone skin. Can also improve the skin texture and reduce oiliness, while being a powerful anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory.
Green Tea
A rich source of antioxidants such as Vitamin C and Vitamin E. L-theanine found in green tea extract has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. When used topically, it increases blood flow to the skin, improves skin elasticity, hydration, and density.
